Modular Design
Today's ever-changing service delivery environment creates ongoing challenges for agency leaders. Obsolete software should not be one of those challenges.
Since VisionWorks uses a modular design approach, we are able to deploy modules which snap into the software like Lego blocks, eliminating the need for costly re-programming. This enables VisionWorks to adapt to your evolving needs. Our customers have experienced multi-state expansions, re-designed state delivery systems and regulatory changes, and their VisionWorks software has supported them through it all.
Training
Where others charge you more for support and training, VisionWorks includes them with your software purchase. There are on no hidden costs to get the help you need. This is an important part of the trusted partnership to which we strive.
Training is provided in a Train-the-Trainer format. This ensures that you have internal training experts who can support staff replacement. Training is provided for basic users, system administrators and billing staff. Training manual materials are provided for reproduction.
Supportive Project Management is provided by an experienced staff member. Your Project Manager will assist you in establishing a project timeline, assessing needs, identifying and finalizing customizations, and managing work processes. Your Project Manager will provide you with tools and guidance developed from years of experience in assisting agencies like yours.
Support
Friendly and responsive customer service is available by phone or email Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Since each customer is viewed by VisionWorks as a long-term partner, you can expect a personal touch to your customer service. We make it our job to know you, your staff and your system. You have direct access to the people who worked with you through your project design and implementation, rather than to a "customer service team."
Troubleshooting
VisionWorks software is designed with expansive, internal diagnostic tools which allow our staff to quickly identify errors or issues with your software. These sophisticated tools support remote identification and resolution of most issues, eliminating the need for disruptive on-site work. Most identified issues are resolved quickly from remote, often in less than an hour.
Because of our extensive testing of all systems and these tools, VisionWorks has never had to address a software issue on-site. However, if on-site work was ever needed, we would be there.
Upgrades and System Modification
Any changes made to your system are dictated by you and your staff - not large user groups or company programmers. This ensures that you keep the features that are important to you and prevents the addition of features you don't need.
Every year, as part of your annual support agreement, you have guaranteed access to our development staff's time. You can use this time to update your forms, drop down lists, to make other simple customizations, or for software analysis and business consultation. This time allows you to keep your software current with changing environments and best practice modalities.
